The Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts are starting off this year’s summer camp season with the Forever Green Festival on June 3rd to celebrate their 100th birthday! This event (open to the public) will have lots of great family activities, including a hot air balloon, a New England Aquarium Touch Tank, the Roger Williams Mobile Zoo, arts & crafts, a dunk tank, face painting, sports and games, plus live performances from the Toe Jam Puppet Band, Marcus the Magician & the Magicompany, and the Rhythm Room.
The Forever Green Festival will be held at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds from 12-4pm. Cost is $12 in advance, $15 at the door, or $10 for those who are already registered for the 100th Anniversary Camporee event. Ticket price includes all crafts, activities and performances. Food will be available for purchase, or pack a picnic lunch!
Register for the Forever Green Festival at girlscoutseasternmass.org/100-years. (You do not need to be a Girl Scout to register). The online registration deadline is May 25th.
